THE RENTAL SERVICE
This is a dedicated Rental Service searching for a home to suit all your requirements, alleviating all the stress of your search. With our extensive knowledge of West Sussex we will search for properties to suit you, arrange viewings, negotiate and finalise the tenancy agreement, offering advice and assistance until the process is complete.
 
THE BRIEF
We arrange an initial meeting when you will set out your requirements. Once we have established your brief we compile a shortlist of suitable properties. Property Acquisitions have a wide network of contacts including agents and private landlords who will have a property to suit you. We can, of course, accompany you on all viewings and advise you on the local area including specialist information such as schools and local amenities.
 
NEGOTIATION OF TENANCY
Once you have decided on a suitable property we will negotiate the most favourable terms of the tenancy. We liaise with landlords or agents and oversee the documentation, offering you support until your completion date.
 
CORPORATE RELOCATION
Country House Lettings offer a relocation service to companies who have recruited new employees and wish to make their move to the area as effortless and stress free as possible, whether it be for rental or buying.
 
Our service can be tailor made to suit the needs of both the company and the employee and may be discussed on an individual basis. We will work on a one to one basis with the employee and their family, so they can benefit from our full property search service to make their move as smooth as possible.
