No. Estate Agents work for and are paid by the vendor to achieve the highest price. We are an independent acquisition company who act exclusively for buyers striving to find the best property and price for our clients; thus we can offer impartial advice without any conflict of interest.

Estate Agents, private sellers, developers and landowners know that we represent serious buyers. In this way we always receive advance notice of properties that are to be sold privately, or are making their way to the market; meaning that our clients have the opportunity to buy a property off the open market, prior to advertising or to be the first buyer through the door.

Yes, we work to find properties to purchase and properties to rent. Properties to rent at the higher end of the market can be hard to find; using our network of landlord contacts, we can locate the right rental property for the required duration.

We work on the basis of an initial registration fee of £2,000 (+VAT £2,400) which covers a period of 6 months search then a % commission based on the purchase price of the property. Please call or email to discuss your potential search and our fees.
