As Founding Director of Property Acquisitions, Jennie Hancock has over 35 years of experience in the West Sussex property market. She has previously bought and sold property and set up and ran her own agency. In 2003, Jennie turned her expertise to property acquisitions. With a passion and encyclopaedic knowledge of houses in West Sussex, Jennie prides herself on discovering property treasures and negotiating the best terms for her clients.
Our home buying specialist Jennie lives in Lavant with her husband, they have two sons in their twenties and two gorgeous Labrador dogs called Purdey and Blu.

Purdey and Blu joined the business during lockdown and quickly became an integral part of it. Initially, as general dogbodies, as time progressed their exceptional knowledge of the local areas, particularly their ability to find the best walks and sniff out rural properties, was a valuable asset.
After reading and watching Andrew Cotter in 2020, we realised that dogs should be an integral part of everyday business , given their unwavering commitment and loyalty. They actively contribute significantly to the company’s success.
